Cancellation Policy

Smart Energy Event does not provide refunds.  However, we are happy to reassign a paid delegate pass to another colleague in your place. Please contact support@eventworx.ca if you have questions.

Badge Transfers

You may transfer a name of a paid registration before April 12.  No badges may be shared among other people.

Do You Offer Free Registrations?

Sorry, there are no free registrations. 

I have already registered, but need help.
