- Audience & Room Attendants During concurrent breakout sessions, you will be in a presentation room to ensure that things run smoothly. You will check delegate passes for those entering the room and you will let the speaker know when they are running short on time. You will also be responsible for finding a technician should computer or audiovisual problems arise. During the large presentations and keynotes, you will help during the question and answer period by bringing a wireless microphone to individuals who have a question or comments for the speakers.
- Exhibitor Attendant You will circulate around the Energy Café and check in with exhibitors and partners throughout the day to ensure their needs are being met. You will bring any issues that arise to the attention of the Event Manager.
- PowerPoint Coordinator You are responsible for accepting PowerPoint presentations from the speakers and ensuring they are placed on the appropriate computer prior to the speaker’s session. This position requires someone who is very organized and who works well under pressure.
- Registration Desk You are the frontline, welcoming guests as they arrive to and providing them with their nametag and agenda. You will also answer questions and help direct people as necessary. The Event Manager is available to help with questions.
