Emerging Cyber Threats to Smart Grid – Although smart energy grid addresses several problems of the traditional grid and presents immense business opportunities, it faces a number of cybersecurity challenges. Because IT and communication incorporated into the smart energy grid has many inherent vulnerabilities, it exposes the energy grid to numerous cyber risks.
In this workshop, Sanjay will share his insights and unique perspectives about challenges involved in securing the smart grid against emerging cyber threats. He will also highlight a number of cyber attacks in smart grid and discuss the potential vulnerabilities along with their impact. Additionally, Sanjay will share practical experience and comprehensive approach to build cyber resiliency into the current and future grids to counter emerging cyber threats.
