Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend, please notify the SMART ENERGY Event in writing no later than 14 days prior to the conference date and a credit voucher will be issued to you for the full amount, redeemable against any one of our other related conferences. No credits will be given for cancellations received after 14 days prior to the conference date. Substitution of participants is permissible with 5 days prior notification to the event. The SMART ENERGY Event reserves the right to cancel any conference it deems necessary and will, in such event, provide a full credit voucher for registration fee. No liability is assumed by SMART ENERGY Event, organizers, or affiliates for changes in program date, content, speakers or venue.
