Cancellation Policy
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic if you are a partner or attendee and unable to attend the Smart Energy Event please notify us in writing (contact@jamesongroup.ca) to receive a credit voucher for the full amount of your registration, redeemable against any future conference. Substitution of attendees is permissible with 48 hours notification prior to the event. The Smart Energy Event reserves the right to cancel or postpone any conference it deems necessary and will, in such event, provide a full (non-expiring) credit voucher for your registration fee. Registrations can be transferred to another attendee. No liability is assumed by SMART ENERGY Event, organizers, or affiliates for changes in program date, pricing, content, speakers or venue.

Thanks to the generosity of our partners, we are able to offer a limited number of complimentary registrations to students in the smart energy sector.  If you are interested in applying, go to our Host Program page and fill out an application form.
