Trevor R.T. Nightingale
Director- National Research Council (Building Operations Resource Unit)
Trevor is Principal Research Officer, and leader of National Research Council Canada’s program on High Performance Buildings helping industry develop new and more cost-effective technologies for energy retrofit of commercial and institutional buildings.
He joined NRC in 1992 after earning a Ph.D. in Building Engineering. He is a member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Intelligent Buildings Council of the Continental Automated Building Association, member of the Industry Advisory Committee to the Canada Green Building Council and adjunct professor, Faculty of Engineering, at Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada.
