Managing Director, Accenture Innovation Centre for Utilities
Naomi is a Managing Director in Accenture’s Resources practice with over 20 years of experience in the Utilities industry. As the Director of the Innovation Centre for Utilities, Naomi is responsible for detailed review and oversight of Accenture’s multi-year New Energy Consumer research program investigating consumer values and preferences related to energy efficiency, conservation, energy management programs and products & services.
Leveraging her deep utilities knowledge and diverse consumer, operations and technology background, Naomi partners with clients to offer strategic perspectives and actionable insights on consumer engagement, digital transformation, next-generation products and services, operational excellence, and how to thrive in the rapidly evolving energy ecosystem.
Naomi had a leadership role in Accenture Utilities BPO Services for eight years and has also worked with many of Accenture’s global utilities clients in the areas of customer care operations optimization, customer care operations asset development and implementation, client relations, outsourcing governance and service management. Before her focus on outsourcing, Naomi was part of Accenture’s utilities consulting group with a focus on generation and operations information solutions using near real-time technologies to drive heat rate improvements for combined cycle gas turbine plants.
Naomi is a member of the Board of Directors of the Smart Grid Consumer Collaborative, a non-profit focused on increasing consumer awareness, engagement and commitment to the smart grid in the USA.
Naomi graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Science, Major in Computer Science, Minor in French.
